Order Processing and Shipping
The GB Qld shop hours are:
10am - 4pm Tuesday
10am - 4pm Wednesday
10am - 4pm Friday
All orders received through the online shop will be processed during these times (excluding public holidays).
If you opt to collect your order from the GB Qld State Office, it will be available during these times, or other times by arrangement. Once notification of a packed or complete order is received by email your order is ready for collection.
All items to be sent by mail will be dispatched through Australia Post. Please allow a further 3 working days for delivery. At peak times of the year delivery may take up to 10 days.
The standard Australia Post parcel post pricing will apply for all goods delivered by mail. These rates are determined by weight and will be displayed at the checkout.
Returning or Exchanging Goods
GB Qld try to ensure that all goods supplied through their shop are of the highest quality. If the goods are faulty, you can choose between a refund or exchange. Your request needs to be accompanied by proof of purchase and any claims should be raised with GB Qld within 28 days of receipt of goods. Items that have been used, worn or are not in original condition cannot be refunded or replaced. Refunds or exchange will not be given for 'change of mind'.
All special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.
All items must be returned ‘as sold': in a re-saleable condition, unworn, in original packaging and with all tags attached. If returning goods by post, please include a copy of your proof of purchase, an explanation for returning the goods and whether you require an exchange or refund, along with your contact details.
GB Qld is unable to refund freight/shipping or credit card charges.
